Josie García
Josie Garcia was born in the popular seaside tourist town of Mazatlan. In high school she had the good fortune of living in the Seattle area for a year and polishing her English-speaking skills. After high school, like many of her generation, she studied tourism and then worked for 10 years in both the hotel and airline industry honing her people skills.
In 2001 she had the opportunity to come and work in the Los Cabos area, and seeing the potential for growth, took the leap. For the last 10 years she has been assisting people in fulfilling their dreams of owning property in this coastal paradise. As a realtor she has created long-lasting friendships with her clients, and her knowledge of the area and experience with the process of buying and owning real estate in Mexico has made her an invaluable asset to anyone looking to call Los Cabos their home. Josie is married and has three teenage children and enjoys exploring with them all the amazing adventures the Baja Peninsula has to offer.

Ryan Winnegar
Ryan was born in British Columbia, Canada but moved at an early age to seaside northern California. Growing up on the rugged coast against the backdrop of the towering Redwoods, he spent summers elbows-deep in tide pools.
This love of the ocean led him to university studies in Santa Cruz, California where he got his degree in Marine Biology. On family vacations to Cabo since the mid 90’s he found the allure of the sun-drenched oceanside town irresistible. As a result, he has called Cabo home since 1997. Working for a renowned architect and then gravitating towards sales in the tourism sector, he eventually found his true calling in real estate at Quivira in 2014.
The prior experience with architecture/building and sales made for the perfect mix of skills to become the top sales agent for Quivira real estate year after year. Ryan enjoys deep-sea fishing and golfing, and spending time exploring the pristine beaches of Baja California with his wife Josie and their three teenage children.
